I'm a DNS Made Easy subscriber; have been for 4+ years. Great service and support at an affordable price. And although I'm certainly not their biggest customer, I do have 35 or so domains registered in my portal where I handle DNS.
DME should be commended for how they've handled this attack. In my book I give them a 10+ rating for their handling both during and after. Shortly after the attack I received an email that in no uncertain terms covered what they knew at that point of what happened and what was done to recover and stabilize their systems. Very professional and straight forward...no whining or crying.
Some would suggest that DME could lose customers because of circumstances caused by malicious miscreants unleashing an overwhelming flood against their services. I'd like to ask: could any company out there have done a better job of recovery in such a short period of time? Who?
DME Rocks! Solid on offering, service and support. I'll stick with the winners!
